We built Future Work Home for people who need to work, not just visit.
Relocating for a contract, riding out a visa delay, or splitting a project across cities shouldn’t mean choosing between a cramped hotel room and an empty apartment with no furniture. Future Work Home manages a growing list of fully furnished homes across Toronto, Mississauga, Ottawa and Hamilton, each one set up for a real stay.
A short list, kept short on purpose
We turn down most of the properties offered to us. Not because they are bad, but because a list you can read in one sitting is more useful than one you have to filter for an hour. If a home makes it onto the site, it is because our team would happily move in and work from it ourselves.
That means we grow slowly. It also means when you email us about a home, you get an answer from someone who has actually been inside it and knows whether the desk gets real daylight.
Property managers set their own rates and keep the relationship with their residents. We handle the listing, the booking and the logistics, and we take a straightforward cut rather than a percentage that climbs every year.
We inspect before you move in
Every home is checked for wifi speed, a real desk and a quiet place to take a call before it goes on the site -- not just a bed and a view.
One price, itemised
Cleaning, service and tax are shown before you commit. Nothing appears at the last screen that was not there at the first.
Managers, not landlords
You deal with the team actually running the home. Questions about parking, transit or move-in day get answered the same day, not next week.
